Self-led session
The Move Well studio offers a mix of coach-led and self-led sessions, so you can choose the level of support that feels right for you.
After your initial session with a Move Well instructor, we recommend starting with our coach-led sessions. This helps you build confidence and get comfortable using the equipment safely and effectively.
Once you’re feeling ready, you can progress to self-led sessions and move at your own pace with more independence.
When booking your session, it will always be clearly labelled, so you know exactly what type of support to expect before you arrive.
