Our new app is now live! Download Live Well, Live Life on Apple or Android. As we continue improving our systems, member’s are able to book swimming sessions through the app or with our team at your chosen hub. Online swimming bookings are temporarily unavailable for members.

Update! All bookings will be available from 9pm tonight (24th June). You should then be able to view all of your previous bookings, as well as make and amend any future bookings.

Heads up, a brand-new app has arrived.

Our brand-new app has landed, making it easier than ever to book your favourite activities and manage your membership, all in just a few taps.

Ready to make a splash?

  • Choose the type of swim you’d like to book.
  • Select your preferred hub.
  • Choose the right ticket based on who you are booking for.
  • Pick your date and time
  • Add your session to your basket.
  • Members: remember to change the booking from Guest to yourself if you’re booking your own swim.
  • Head to checkout and confirm your booking.

Can’t make it? No problem, cancelling your booking is quick and easy!

  • Head to the Home page and find your booking under Upcoming
  • Select the booking you’d like to cancel
  • Tap Cancel Booking at the bottom of the screen
  • Confirm by selecting Cancel spot

To avoid a £3.50 late cancellation charge, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before your class starts. Thanks for helping us keep classes avaliable for everyone and making space for fellow members!

  • Tap Classes at the bottom of the Live Well app.
  • Use the menu to choose your preferred hub.
  • Select your class.
  • Hit Book
  • Choose who you’d like to book for
  • Confirm your booking – you’re all set!

How do I download the new app?

It will be available to download for free on Apple and Android devices by searching for Live Well Live Life. Download the app here

Why are you getting a new app?

We’re switching system providers, so we get a brand-new shiny app to go along with it! Alongside the new app, the login and booking features on the website will also be slightly different when we swap over to the new system.

Do I have to have the app to use Life Leisure?

If you don’t have access to a smart phone and can’t use our app, you can still book activities using the website or by phoning the reception team. When you arrive in hub, just head to the reception desk to check-in.

What will happen to my bookings?

Any bookings you’ve already made on the old app will be carried over. Don’t worry if you don’t see these straight away, we assure you your space is safe!

What new features will there be that we don’t have already?

  • Link your fitness wearables to track your movement
  • Join online community groups to chat with friends and make new ones
  • Manage your membership with the ability to put freeze or cancellation requests directly through the app
  • Filter classes by location, type or instructor

Will my login details be the same?

If you are a current Life Leisure member, you’ll need to reset your password when you download the app by pressing ‘Forgot password’ Use the same email address as your current Life Leisure online account and follow the email instructions to choose a new password. Do not create a new account, as this won’t link to your paying membership.

How do I get into the hub and check in for my activity?

On the new app, there’s a red key icon in the bottom right-hand corner on the Home tab. Press this to open the window to scan the QR code at the gate and the gym door.

How do I manage my membership?

You can view your membership details and manage your account by pressing the icon in the top right-hand corner on the Home tab.

Are you having login issues?

If you’re a current Life Leisure customer and already have an online account with us, make sure you press “Forgot password” when you go to log in for the first time. You’ll then be sent an email to reset your password. Don’t create a new account as this won’t recognise your membership.
Every person needs a unique email address to log in. If you have the same email address linked to more than one account, for example, your child, you should have received an email from us with instructions on how to log in. Please check your inbox and contact us if you haven’t received anything.

Payments?

All direct debits will be carried over and will continue to be collected on/around the 1st of every month using the same bank details. If you need to change these details, you’ll need to visit your local hub and speak to a team member, or email customersuccessteam@lifeleisure.net
